Humble Beginnings

I grew up in Uganda, where my journey as an artist began as
an illustrator for educational television programs and a draftsman for an engineering firm. These experiences shaped my creative foundation and opened my eyes to the power of visual storytelling. Now living in Houston, Texas, I find it astonishing that I’ve spent more time in the U.S. than in my homeland. Yet, my childhood memories remain vivid—especially the moment I first discovered the magic of drawing with a twig on the ground. That spark of creativity ignited a passion that has guided me ever since.

A World Of Possibilities

Over the years, my artistic world has expanded into vibrant colors and limitless mediums, inviting me to explore, experiment, and grow. I am endlessly inspired by color, nature, and the vast potential of human imagination. Life is always changing, and I’ve learned to move with its flow, adding my own twist by reimagining the ordinary. I see possibilities everywhere, layering imagination onto reality to create a world uniquely my own.

The Circle Of Friends canvas art features abstract artwork of seven stylized figures in bright red, green, yellow, and orange. The figures have rounded black heads set against a gradient blue background. Available as ready-to-hang prints with an impressionistic flair.

Visual Storytelling

For me, art is about storytelling. Every piece I create is a visual narrative—a glimpse into my experiences, thoughts, and emotions. These creations speak when words fall short, allowing me to connect with others on a deeper level. I believe in the power of shared stories and hope my art resonates with viewers, sparking curiosity and inspiring new ways of seeing the world.

Creativity in Motion

I live by the philosophy of poet Robert Graves: “There is no such thing as good writing, only good rewriting.” I carry this into my art, constantly revisiting and reimagining my work with fresh perspectives and different mediums. To me, no piece is ever truly finished—it simply pauses, waiting for the next chapter of its evolution. Through this journey of continuous transformation, I hope to inspire others and share the beauty of imagination and creativity.
